These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VinylVision mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by VinylVision ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

VinylVision is a mobile application that uses smart glasses and on-device machine learning to identify vinyl records, display market pricing information, and manage a personal watchlist. The Service provides informational data only — pricing information is sourced from third-party marketplaces and may not reflect actual transaction prices.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app's Profile settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the machine learning models used by the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal app usage.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Pricing Information Disclaimer

Market pricing displayed in VinylVision is sourced from third-party data providers and is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data. You should not rely solely on VinylVision pricing for purchase or sale decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and machine learning models, is owned by VinylVision and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinylVision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
